In April 1880 it was advertised "twenty feet from northeast corner of Partition store 24, back room 21 feet deep respectively, fitted up with grocery fixtures, suitable for any business, other apartments furnished if required, neighborhood thickly inhabited, rent moderate." apply on premises to J.
