Braunschweig HOME GOEHLE INTRODUCTION Julius Lindemann Catherine Furst Schawartzmeier Lindemann Peter Goehle Minnie Julius Lindemann was born in Bettmar, a village outside of Braunschweig, in 1820. He emigrated to New York City circa 1847. He married twice and had a daughter, Sophia Catherine with his second wife, Catherine Furst. Catherine had a child, Wilhelmenia (Minnie) who I believe was from her first marriage. Minnie, known as Minnie Lindemann, was the second wife of Peter Goehle and the father of Frank Goehle.
