However, their names and approximate dates of birth were derived from the censuses and their dates of birth and death were derived from the Social Security Death Index. This was possible, in part, because the name Goehle is relatively uncommon.

When is wife, Mary Anna Goehle, died in 2000 it stated she had moved to Florida from New York in 1973.
