Maid of honor was Elizabeth Goehle who wore a champagne colored satin gown "fashioned with a short cape".
A bride's maid was Mary Lou Burger, sister of the groom, who wore an agua gown.
The flower girl was Marguerite Land, five year old niece of the bride,
who wore a pink satin gown, matching bonnet, and carried a basket of pink rose petals.
Louis Burger, 4 year old nephew of the groom was ring bearer. Louis Burger, Jr was best man. Charles Burger of Smithtown and Malcolm Hirsch
of Hauppauge were ushers.
A reception was held at the home of the brides's parents.
The bride graduated form Seton Hall in Patchogue.
The groom was a graduate of Smithtown Branch High School and was employed
in the plumbing business with his father in St. James.
